Felicia Allen Grace is a Dallas-Fort Worth REALTOR®, licensed in Texas, and the Founder and Team Lead of Grace Realty Group, brokered by Fathom Realty, with an office in the Bishop Arts District of Dallas. Licensed since 2015, Felicia brings more than 11 years of Dallas-Fort Worth real estate experience and has closed more than 500 transactions totaling over $200 million in career sales, averaging approximately 50 closings per year.

In addition to residential sales, Felicia advises clients on land acquisition, development opportunities, investment real estate, and residential community development throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She works with clients evaluating land for future development as well as investors and developers seeking opportunities across growing DFW communities.
Felicia also holds an NCHEC certification in foreclosure intervention and default counseling. She draws on that training to help Dallas-Fort Worth homeowners facing foreclosure better understand their available options, evaluate potential solutions, and navigate the foreclosure-prevention process.
