Before entering real estate, Maricela spent more than 12 years in the fashion industry as a Fashion Buyer. That experience sharpened her ability to evaluate value, analyze market trends, understand consumer behavior, negotiate strategically, and recognize opportunities others may overlook. Today, she applies those same skills to the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market.

Maricela's real estate experience extends beyond traditional home sales. She has successfully worked with residential properties, commercial real estate, residential lots, land, and development opportunities. Her experience includes the successful sale of a medical office, assisting clients with residential lots for custom home construction, and working with land that was rezoned for residential use and is now being developed into a 42-townhome community.
